全球知名的私募投资公司喜达屋资本（Starwood Capital Group）今天宣布其子公司 Starwood Global Opportunity Fund X 已经出售了其拥有的一系列位于西班牙的酒店股份。这些酒店是喜达屋资本与西班牙知名酒店运营商 Melia Hotels International合资成立，Melia 所持股份不变。
出售的酒店包括四家闻名远近的滨海酒店（共有 2070间客房），分别是位于马拉加的 Sol Principe，以及位于马洛卡的 Sol Lanzarote、Sol House Ibiza 和 Sol Palmanova。

The location is good, the room is clean, the chinese breakfast is not so great, with limited choices. The staff on duty does not know English, therefore I would recommend this hotel to local travelers, but not international travelers.
